Masterchallenge brengt studenten en bedrijven samen met specifieke challenges die gericht zijn op het oplossen van een probleem. Succesvolle samenwerkingen werk ik uit tot een krachtig verhaal.

In order for companies to continue growing and developing, innovation is essential. But how do you find out what is the best way to start making changes? And how can you implement innovation in a company where things have been done in a certain way for a long time? IKEA decided to get a few fresh minds of Utrecht University School of Economics on board to help with their recently launched 'co-worker co-creation campaign'. The out-of-the-box thinking of students led to some creative solutions and useful recommendations.
